She’s not in real estate by accident nor as a second career. Michelle Sullivan knows all sides of the real estate industry, yet she’s never sold anybody anything—clients say she just knows how to listen. She thrives on negotiating deals, which are all about getting the client what they want. And nothing is more satisfying to Michelle than a happy client.
Michelle Sullivan got her start with a Denver home builder in the mid 80’s and gained experience in nearly every field in the industry. She bought and sold real estate on behalf of Schlumberger International, completing 500 corporate buyouts in a year and a half. As a mortgage banker, Michelle landed two of Denver’s Top 10 builders as her accounts and worked a pipeline of 300 mortgage loans, at all times. And that was all before hanging her real estate license in 1995 which was the next natural step.
Real Estate is in Michelle Sullivan’s blood and it’s what she eats, sleeps and breathes. She’s worked with generations of clients and is proud of the relationships she’s built beyond the real estate they buy and sell.
